Extra-Large White Himalayan Salt Lamp

At around 7-9kg this is a hefty piece of white Himalayan salt.

It is noticeably bigger than the smaller table lamps and needs a proper bit of space. This is not something you would want balanced on a narrow shelf. A strong cabinet or solid table would make much more sense.

The pale colour is one of the main things you notice straight away.

White Himalayan salt can look almost chalky in places. Other pieces may have cream sections or a faint pink tint through the rock. The colour is never completely flat from top to bottom.

Once the lamp is switched on, the salt starts to look warmer. Some parts may stay quite pale while other areas show more of the light coming through from inside.

That uneven look is normal.

The outside can have rough sections and natural lines running through it too. One lamp may be wider through the middle while another has a taller shape.

That is simply down to the piece of salt used.

A Lamp With Some Real Size

This is a good one to look at if the smaller white lamps feel a bit lost in the room.

The extra weight gives it much more presence without going all the way up to the biggest floor-standing lamps.

Before ordering it is worth thinking about where you want it to go. At around 7-9kg you probably will not want to keep moving it from one spot to another.
