20–25kg Giant Himalayan Salt Lamp
This is one of the biggest salt lamps we have in stock. It weighs around 20–25kg and stands roughly 38cm tall.
It can work well as a floor-standing lamp.
The salt has a natural pink colour before the lamp is turned on. With the light inside, you start to see more orange coming through the rock. Because the piece is so thick in places, the light will not look completely even all the way around.
A Proper Heavyweight Lamp
A 20–25kg lamp is very different from one of the smaller bedside versions.
There is a thick wooden base underneath to help hold the weight.
The salt comes from Pakistan and keeps much of its natural rock-like shape.
You may see rough sections or darker areas running through it. The exact outline will vary too as these are not made to look completely identical.
This size works particularly well if you want a salt lamp to become more of a feature in the room.
At around 38cm tall, it has plenty of presence without being as large as the very biggest 30kg lamps in the range.
Before You Set It Up
Have a quick look at where the nearest plug socket is before you decide on the final spot.
With a lamp this size, you do not really want to move it again just because the cable will not reach.
Try to keep the cable tucked out of the way as well, rather than having it running across the floor.
