Himalayan Salt Bedroom Night Light

If you only want a little light in the bedroom, then a Himalayan salt night light can work well.

It is made from natural Himalayan rock salt with a small light fitted inside. The salt takes on a warmer orange colour once switched on. The light is much softer than a normal ceiling light. It works better as an extra light rather than something for lighting the whole room.

Made From Natural Salt

Every piece of Himalayan salt looks a little different.

Some lamps can be pale pink while others have more orange running through the rock. You may also notice natural lines or darker areas on the surface.

The shape can vary as well so the lamp you receive may not look exactly like the one in the photos.

That is normal for a lamp made from natural rock salt.

Looking After the Lamp

There is not much involved in keeping it clean.

Switch it off first and let the bulb cool. A dry cloth is usually enough to remove any dust from the outside.

Try to keep the lamp somewhere dry. Bathrooms or damp windowsills are best avoided as the salt can pick up moisture.
