Moon Himalayan Salt Lamp
The moon shape is really what sets this lamp apart.
Rather than having the usual rough rock outline, the salt has been shaped into a crescent moon. You can still see the natural character of the rock. Small lines, marks and changes in colour may show across the surface.
Once the light is switched on, the salt takes on warmer pink and orange shades.
It will not look exactly the same all the way around. One section may let more light through while another looks darker. That simply comes down to the natural thickness and colouring of the salt.
During the day, when the lamp is switched off, the crescent shape is much more noticeable. It can sit out as a decorative piece rather than looking like something that only needs to be there when the light is on.
A shelf, bedside table or small side table would all be obvious places for it. The curved moon shape also means it looks quite different from a standard block-style salt lamp.
Try to keep it somewhere dry as well.
