Diamond Salt Lamp

This diamond salt lamp has been cut into a much sharper shape than the usual rough Himalayan salt lamps.

The sides are cut at an angle to make the diamond shape. Once the lamp is on, the shape stands out much more and can look a little different depending on where you are standing.

There is a solid wooden base underneath which gives the lamp a sturdy bottom to sit on. This gives the salt a flat surface to stand on and finishes the bottom off neatly.

A bulb and cable are included with the lamp too.

What Does It Look Like When Lit?

The light comes through the different sides of the diamond once switched on.

Because of the way it has been cut, some sections may show more light than others. The edges can stay a little darker while the flatter areas show more of the colour coming through.

The salt itself will have its own shade and markings as well. You might get a fairly pale piece or one with stronger pink and orange running through it.

That can change the finished look quite a bit from lamp to lamp.

It can go on a shelf, side table or cabinet. Just make sure there is enough room for the wooden base to sit properly.

As every piece starts with natural salt, small differences in the surface and colour are to be expected.
